Tufts Health Plan offers a suite of plans for Individuals and Families that are designed to support Massachusetts Health Care Reform. These plans include our Standard and Select Network plans, offering access to affordable, quality health care for you and your family.

Tufts Health Plan Standard Network plans include our full network of doctors and hospitals. You must be a Massachusetts resident to join one of these plans.

To be eligible for our Select Network plans, you must be a Massachusetts resident, and reside in the following counties: Barnstable, Bristol, Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk, and Worcester.

Our Select Network plans feature a select network of providers and hospitals, including both tertiary and community hospitals. Select Network plans also provide prescription drug coverage with a generic-focused list of covered drugs to treat a wide range of medical conditions, while saving you money.
